Tim Coyne perseverance to find the white Roadster with minimum "Bells and Whistles" bear fruit finding it in Missouri. Tim went outside of norm to satisfy me and to land a business to Continental. This feat is exemplary I found not available via human behaviour of other dealerships I spoke to before Continental . I rate Continental Nissan with 5-stars and Tim Coyne with 6-stars.. I went to Continental Nissan and Roy was my salesman. He was so very polite and not pushy at all. He knew I was a first time buyer and stayed patient with me through the five test drives and the millions of was so very polite and not pushy at all. After I had left on Wednesday night, Roy called me back on Friday and told me he had found the exact car that I had wanted and that it is in my price range. I went in on Saturday and we looked at the car went for a test drive and I was on my way in my new car. Roy made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would definately recommend my friends and family to go to Roy when buying a car. More

I had been going to dealerships for about a month with no luck. I just happened by, and decided to see what type of deal I could get. My wife , and I walked the lot. On the way toward the showroom Sam app luck. I just happened by, and decided to see what type of deal I could get. My wife , and I walked the lot. On the way toward the showroom Sam approched us. He brought the keys out for the car we were looking at.. We liked the car , and started to talk price. I had to be somewhere. so I told Sam, and his manager the deal I wanted, and left. About 15 minutes later I was called, and told out I could have that deal. I was a back in about an hour, and an hour after that I was driving my new car home. I am not big on responding to surveys, and I don't know how many more I will respond to, but because of the experience I had. I felt a little obligated to do a few. When I show up for service Sam remembers me , and greets me. More

I had visited Continental Nissan originally back in 2010 and at that time I purchased a 2009 Nissan Maxima. I went there because I had called them on the phone after looking at their web page. I was so impr and at that time I purchased a 2009 Nissan Maxima. I went there because I had called them on the phone after looking at their web page. I was so impressed with their professionalism as well as their real concern for making the customer happy. I left there that day with my new or I should say preowned car. I couldn't have been happier in my choice of dealership or car that I had purchased. Last week my husband and I had visited Continental Nissan again for another vehicle. This time we were looking for another preowned car. Immediately, we had found another car, this time we went with a 2009 Nissan Versa that had just arrived and we were the first to see it. My husband thought that this car not alone looked great but had low mileage, so this would make a wonderful second car for our family. We had it under coated especially with the winters in Chicago and picked it up a few days later. This has been our second purchase from Continental Nissan and we will be back again for future car purchases. The sales staff and especially our salesman, Matthew Klein was terrific. Our past experiences from using the service department on our 2009 Maxima has always been met with positive results. You won't find a better dealership or a better group of people then those that work at Continental Nissan. More

I had called Matt previously to ask a few questions on the car I saw on the internet. He called me back within 20 minutes after looking at the car and answered my questions. When I arrived, he was waiting and we went directly to look at the vehicle. While there Matt was pleasent, didn't push the sale, and went through the process of the sale in a friendly manner. Matt's a good guy. I would buy another car from him again. I rated my overall experience as ok instead of good or great because I had to go through what seems to be the mandatory "negotiations" on price. Why can't car dealerships simply adopt the Carmax philosophy and have a set price? I would feel better that I was getting the "best" deal and that someone else with better haggle skills than I could buy the car for a lesser price. The simple answer; greed. Dealerships want all the money they can get. Pity the naive person who just says "ok", or "yes" to the manager's questions such as "Will you take ______ for your car?" The manager first offered me $300 for my car. I told him that I knew I could get $900 at the junk yard, which is true. He wanted to split the difference. Why would I leave that money on the table? Eventually, he gave me the full $900. Why couldn't he have done that in the beginning? Greed. Some would say that's his job. The result is it sets a buyer beware relationship whereby trust is an omitted concept. It also makes me feel like there's a big "S" on my forehead for sucker. Unfortunately, that is what its like at every dealership. More
