I live in Madison, AL and have been looking for a brand-new 2022 Corvette Z51 LT3 with specific accessory packages, color, and custom trim that I wanted and found it at the Countryside Nissan dealers brand-new 2022 Corvette Z51 LT3 with specific accessory packages, color, and custom trim that I wanted and found it at the Countryside Nissan dealership in Countryside, IL. The salesperson who answered my call and with whom I coordinated the transaction every step of the way was Chuck Ippolito. Chuck was very attentive, well informed, highly professional, and engaging but not condescending. He continually kept me informed throughout the process and found answers to all my questions and concerns even when he couldn't address them right off the bat. He rapidly and efficiently coordinated the necessary actions with his management and financing sections to make this transaction happen. Although we had to treat this sale as a "used car" due to unique title and transfer challenges, the car essentially was still "brand-new" as it only had 6 miles on it when it was delivered from the showroom floor in IL directly to my home in AL. It was in pristine condition when it arrived and was rolled onto my driveway just as I would expect a new car of this type and caliber to be. Overseeing this sale was the Business Manager, Steve Barrios (also a top notch professional), who did everything he could in his power to make this deal happen in the most painless and rapid manner possible. Straight-forward and professional, Steve not only arranged for the dealership to pay to have the car shipped but also arranged a loan with an interest rate lower than what I could get at my local credit union (with whom I've been doing business for over 25 years). I couldn't be more pleased with the car I purchased, the deal I received, and the people at Countryside Nissan who made this possible. I had a car accident that left me without a car, I live in Naperville, Chuck knew I couldn’t get there but didn’t want me to lose out on the 2022 Nissan Kicks I really wanted, he came and picked me up, and made my car buying experience a great one, he even helped me get back home with directions because I forgot my cell phone!
