Love my new Murano! I’m very happy that my husband and I stopped by Continental Nissan in Countryside. The staff were very nice to us from the start to the end of our vis I’m very happy that my husband and I stopped by Continental Nissan in Countryside. The staff were very nice to us from the start to the end of our visit. Djamal was our sales consultant and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer consultant. Djamal was there for us and listened to our wants and concerns. Djamal and Tim ( Sales manager) worked with us regarding my SUV trade in. We bought the Murano Platinum. I was sure which color I wanted but knew I didn’t want it white. After looking at the White Murano with the light color interior I feel in love! Djamal worked his magic and we drove out with a beautiful white Murano. A big thank you to a great sales consultant Djamal and all the staff at Continental Nissan LaGrange Rd Countryside, Il. Friendly no pressure experience and hassle free. I had been shopping around trying to buy a new car and visited multiple Nissan dealerships around the Chicagoland area and from my experience in those I had been shopping around trying to buy a new car and visited multiple Nissan dealerships around the Chicagoland area and from my experience in those visits I felt most salespersons were kind of nice and approachable at first, but then after trying to make a deal they were just not so cooperative anymore and felt they were just trying to rip you off. But When I visited Continental Nissan in LaGrange the staff was really nice and accommodating specially our salesman Djamal Oucif he was very attentive to our needs and what we were looking for. He took the time to show us their inventory and take us for a test drive to make sure I would be comfortable with the car I was looking for. When it came down to doing business I have to say Djamal is a man of his word and he would try his best to make your hard earned money worth its value. In the overall I enjoyed my experience at Continental Nissan. The installations are great, offer amenities like water; soda or even lunch, outlets to charge your phone, free wi-fi and everything to make your visit smooth as it can be. In the end I got a great deal and drove home a new Nissan Altima. Thank you Continental Nissan. I can't stress this enough they care about giving their customers top notch service. Definitely would recommend and shop there again 10/10. More
