Kuba and Rafael are the best! We had a great experience with Kuba and Rafael. This is my second time at Continental Nissan and the first time we had another salesman and it wasn't We had a great experience with Kuba and Rafael. This is my second time at Continental Nissan and the first time we had another salesman and it wasn't that great. This time was great. Kuba did everything possible so that I could come out of there with the car that I really wanted. He was very good about letting us test drive whatever we were possibly considering. He explained to us everything about the car and even though they did not have the Rogue that I wanted in stock, Kuba was able to get it for me within just a few days. Rafael also did everything to help us out in leaving with a comfortable price to pay. Neither of them pushed the sale on us and they were both more concerned about getting me what I actually wanted than pushing a bigger sale. When I went to actually pick up the car, I took my toddler daughter and they made sure she was comfortable as well and gave her stuff to keep her entertained as well. Overall it was a great experience but make sure when you go you have Kuba and Rafael as your team! More

I came in with a tall order of finding the right car to fit my budget, do the financing, and be out in 1.5 hours to get my daughter to her Dr. appointment. These people had it together. I also really appreciate clear and clean communication, no BS. They respected my budget and did not pressure me into something that I wanted but couldn't afford. The financial guy was awesome as well. He helped me completely understand the agreement and the pros and cons of other offers from other banks outside of the one I decided to go with. Excellent all around. More
