Talk with BJ in the Service Department I brought my 200 NISSAN ALTIMA in for service in November l spoke with BJ. I had to leave my car overnight because of technical problem which the department spent a large amount of time on. They could not finish the repairs before they closed. BJ was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to me and Nissan paid for rental car for me until my car was done. They were very professional and BJ was a great help and very polite. Quick and Good!! The first I took the car in was to have some Nissan interior lights installed on my 2015 Versa. Tim worked with me to have it all taken care off. I didn't need a loaner, but I also didn't want to be there all day, so I took the courtesy shuttle to the nearby shopping center. I took my car in for oil changes and I was in and out within the hour. Just enough time for me to sip on my coffee. More

GREAT experience under unpleasant circumstance I have a 2007 Nissan Maxima (only owner). Last winter took a major toll on my car. After taking my car to a local "auto shop" causing my car to go from BAD to WORSE; I made the best decision by taking my car to Continental Nissan. I had so much work done on my car. It varied from minor to MAJOR repairs. I am thankful for service team members PAUL RILOVA and DAVE BRONGIEL. They made me feel confident the work performed on my car at Continental Nissan would be of Nissans highest standards. In addition, they were accommodating with transportation during all of my visits. Chauffeur Tim really was ALWAYS pleasant and very charismatic. Thanks to them I will NEVER take my Maxima anywhere else for repairs. Not only were they HELPFUL but, also personable.
