I purchased a used 2010 Lancer in Feb. of 2011 from County Line Mitsubishi in Middlebury, CT, and the alignment was severely out on the car before it left the lot, although I was told by my salesman that the car was in EXCELLENT condition. I was forced to put new tires on the car within 6 months of owning it. After numerous conversations with the service manager and furnishing him with proof of the mis-alignment with a alignment spec, the service manager and the used car manager would do NOTHING to correct the problem, and used the 60 day warranty as a reason. The problem, however, existed before the keys were turned over to me, so therefore, the warranty shouldn't apply. I feel a great injustice was done to me, and I discourage anyone to do business with this dealer. Too often dealers conduct business in this manner without any reprecussions, and it's the consumer that pays the price.
