After service, my vehicle stayed on the dealership lot for several days. When I returned, I found a significant crack in the driver’s line of sight that was not there before. The service advisor initially said it wasn’t present when parked, but management later denied responsibility. They offered for me to pay $600 toward a $1,400 replacement, citing “company policy.” I’ve documented **inspection videos, photos, and all communications**, and would hope management reviews these to revisit the resolution. Customers trust service departments to care for their vehicles — this experience fell far short. More
