We found Patrick Lubin and the staff at Kia of Gastonia to be far superior in their knowledge of the vehicle. Patrick is an awesome sales consultant with a great attitude and personality. He went above and beyond the call of duty by staying as long as necessary after hours to ensure the delivery of our vehicle. Not happy!! Took my 2010 rio to be inspected and they failed it because they said it had cracks in the power steering belt. Called the dmv inspector and had him l Took my 2010 rio to be inspected and they failed it because they said it had cracks in the power steering belt. Called the dmv inspector and had him look at it and he said it was fine. He sent us back to Kia of Gastonia and again failed it! They then called the dmv inspector to come down just to tell him they weren't going to pass it! What it amounted to they wanted is to spend $150 for a belt I didn't need! I will never takes car back nor will I shop there again!! More
