Mrs. Kay was absolutely wonderful. I was in a hurry, and we had an idea of what we wanted. Mrs. Kay greeted us with a handshake and a smile, and helped us tremendously. Mrs. Kay was so helpful that we ended up leaving with the model with bells and whistles, cost around 20k. Normally i would not be happy about this kind of situation, but i can honestly say that is the happiest and best experience i have ever had spending money. My wife and i are VERY happy with our new Kia Soul, and look forward to purchasing our cars in the future from Mrs. Kay at Kia of Gastonia. Even the Finance guy that finished up the paperwork with us was wonderful and a delight to do business with. Kia of Gastonia is top notch, with top notch people!!! This was an awesome experience! My car came on the lot that day, and was meant just for me! The staff worked with me (and my budget) to get me in the perfect car.
