The quality of work has changed. I brought my car in 4 times to resolve a brake issue. Took my car somewhere else and the brake issue was fixed. Was also told from other mechanic t I brought my car in 4 times to resolve a brake issue. Took my car somewhere else and the brake issue was fixed. Was also told from other mechanic that I had a strut issue. MT struts were replaced on November by court st Ford. I have been a loyal customer for years. I don't trust them anymore. More

It annoys me to be charged a fee for using my credit card. That has always been part of the overhead for running a business. What's next, charging me for water when I wash my hands?
