I really appreciate everything that Britney did for me, especially when I followed up on the recall being closed. I also worked with Jennifer (wonderful service!!) in order to have the air filter replaced and a directional bulb on the front end replaced. My only request is when a customer asks to please replace a filter - do it. I had to bring my vehicle back in May to have the filter replaced that I had requested at my prior visit in late Feb/early March. Ford Expeditions are known for not having enough oxygen coming through which causes acceleration issues. I knew my filter, while it looked clean, was gummed up from very fine gravel dust. I should not need to argue with someone to replace a filter that I am more than willing to pay for. More
