Due to the recent severe storm where tornadic winds and hail laid waste to homes and vehicles, many individuals were at your dealership in search of a replacement car or truck. I was struck by the poise and calm demeanor of all associates. Appeared to me that each salesperson was working to serve three customers at once. Not an easy task! More

Worst dealer ever I have experienced. Hopefully, you will not delete the post. O schedule to see the F-150 at this dealer and Thursday for a test drive on Saturday before noon. The track Hopefully, you will not delete the post. O schedule to see the F-150 at this dealer and Thursday for a test drive on Saturday before noon. The track was dirty like an off-road vehicle, and the back seat was covered with dog fur. For a 20K vehicle, the alternator belt whistles like crazy. So, finally, they explained to me that the dealer's manager is currently driving the truck. So, on top of that, driving this truck as a personal vehicle. A very low compliance seller person has no idea what package tha track has. If you are an idiot, go there is not for buyers who know what they are looking for. More

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and experienced transmission-related symptoms the same day I took delivery. I promptly notified the dealership and sought diagnostics. Instead of experienced transmission-related symptoms the same day I took delivery. I promptly notified the dealership and sought diagnostics. Instead of repairing the vehicle, I was offered an unwind of the deal only if I agreed to a $1.50 per mile charge deducted from my down payment. I was not provided the dealership's written policy authorizing this charge and did not agree to it. I returned the vehicle, but after declining to sign the proposed unwind agreement, the dealership stated it would not proceed with rescission and asserted the original contract remained enforceable, while also referencing possible additional fees. I am now pursuing resolution through appropriate regulatory and lender channels. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting all return, unwind, and fee terms fully disclosed in writing before signing anything. More
