I went in to have some recalls taken care of on my wife’s car. I had never been to Court Street Ford before. The fix that was done on the recall during the first appointment caused some further problems that car. I had never been to Court Street Ford before. The fix that was done on the recall during the first appointment caused some further problems that made one of the second row seats come forward on its own. A safety hazard nonetheless for my small children who have car seats in these seats. I was frustrated that I had to make another appointment but when the problem was discovered after leaving my initial appointment, I called Brittany and she got me in the same day and fixed in the same day. Usually you have to wait for appointments and these types of situations are frustrating but Brittany recognized that this problem was unsafe for my kids so my wife wouldn’t be able to drive her car until it was fixed. She handled it really well and made me feel like a priority, given the issue. Overall pleased with how everything was handled. More
