My experience was incredible! When I called to schedule an appointment for routine work they were quick to offer a loaner car for me to use. They worked with me to find a time to d When I called to schedule an appointment for routine work they were quick to offer a loaner car for me to use. They worked with me to find a time to drop of my car and pick up the loaner. I returned the car the following day and my car was ready to be picked up. Overall, my experience was outstanding. At 1 o’clock, I did reply to the text and ask for an update on what time my car would be ready. Waited an hour and 15 minutes, no reply. My husband called the dealership and was told the car would be ready by 3:30. When we got there, Connor was not busy. He was scratching off his lottery ticket.
