Lou was a great sales person, very good answering questions. However the paperwork section was a nightmare. 6 hours after the decision to buy , multiple mistakes, inconsistent messaging, paid for op questions. However the paperwork section was a nightmare. 6 hours after the decision to buy , multiple mistakes, inconsistent messaging, paid for options that take weeks to months to get. (Still waiting) and I had to go back to finish it off. More

Travis is nice, but every time I bring my car in for service (oil changes and recalls) he recommends over $1,000 worth of additional work. This last time I brought my Acura MDX in for a recall (free ser service (oil changes and recalls) he recommends over $1,000 worth of additional work. This last time I brought my Acura MDX in for a recall (free service) and walked out with a recommendation for $4,500 worth of services. I declined the services and took my car to a different Acura mechanic to get a second opinion. This mechanic said there was NOTHING that needed to be fixed and replaced my battery for $200 (Courtesy Acura wanted over $350). Bottom line: I will not trust Courtesy Acura nor Travis to deal with me honestly moving forward. I would caution anyone who is considering buying a car or receiving service from this dealership. More
