I have referred two neighbors to Courtesy for MDX's and happy to say one bought and the other went thru a broker, but will get service from Connor. Best Service Consultant We are on our 4th Acura MDX and my current Service Consultant Connor Thomas Is incredible. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of all my needs. He can always get me in for service right away if I need a loaner call no problem. He goes beyond the call of GREAT service a few months ago my battery died it was a Friday night leaving work around 6:00 he said bring it in we close at 7:00 but will get you taken care of. I was able to get a jump for my car and when I arrived he was ready with the new battery and he changed it for me, within 10 minutes I was on my way. I couldn't thank him enough I highly recommend Connor he is my go to guy and would recommend him to everyone. Thanks Connor, Chris D. Highlands Ranch More

Ran out of loaners and Randy fixed it I had reserved a loaner car and when I arrived, they had run out. In less than 10 minutes, I was out the door with a car to use for the day.
