She provided all of the information needed to help with my tire purchase and servicing required for my MDX. She helped me stay within budget and kept me up to date throughout the day because the tires had to be delivered. She is courteous, extremely polite and very knowledgeable with all of her customers. The tech did a great job - I was there a bit longer than originally planned but my car drives like a dream so it was worth it! The service techs are thorough and precise-well worth the wait!
