Powertrain issues Paige was excellent. Our problem was addressed and repairs were covered under warranty. She also discovered a recall notice for the shock absorbers. Paige was excellent. Routine 60K Mile Maintenance Paige was terrific; so friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything they were doing and kept me informed of progress. I felt like she was personally interested in my having a good experience. I was given a loaner MDX and 2 warnings appeared the first day. When I called, she offered to send a car to me. I felt safe enough to drive the car back to the dealership and Paige had another car ready to go. I feel very confident that all of the work is quality and that I'm good to go for quite awhile now. Love the water and chocolate treat...a nice touch! More

Great experience during a routine maintenance visit I scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and was greeted warmly when I arrived and was directed to the customer waiting area as I needed to I scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and was greeted warmly when I arrived and was directed to the customer waiting area as I needed to wait for my car. I was told the approx. time my car would take and that the same person who checked me in would be giving me an update. Not only was there coffee, water and snacks available while I waited, but my car was ready almost exactly when it was promised. My car had been washed and I was given a bottle of water for my trip home. It's these little touches that differentiate this dealer from many others. It was a very pleasant experience. More
