Outstanding service I have Been bringing my Acura to courtesy Acura service for a few years now. Even though I did not purchase my car there they treat me like I did. My favorite service team members are Stewart and Connor. They always walk me to my car and it was asked me if there's anything else I need and there's always a loaner car available to me if I have service items that'll take longer than a few hours. More
Outstanding Dealership My daughter and I have 2014 RDX's. We wanted to give a huge kudos to the dealership, Todd Connell in sales, and Stuart Hall in service. The dealership My daughter and I have 2014 RDX's. We wanted to give a huge kudos to the dealership, Todd Connell in sales, and Stuart Hall in service. The dealership provided us with rental vehicles during the wait time for the airbag replacements. This action was above and beyond what we have heard from others who own the same make and model of RDX however, were not offered this option from their dealership. Proof that Courtesy Acura is all about their customer's safety as well as satisfaction. Our go-to salesperson is Todd Connell. Todd is the most incredible guy! He always has our best interest in mind and we're grateful for that indeed. Stuart Hall is new to our list of favorites. Incredibly conscientious of our concerns, thinks outside the box for solutions, and is a pleasure to talk to and work with whenever we need service. Congrats to Courtesy for being number one! More
Very impressed! Courtesy Acura donated a free detail to our elementary school's auction (thank you for that) and I purchased it because I live near the dealership. It was chaos with people dropping off cars, construction, etc. I was worried I might be there a while. The people working had it totally under control, very organized. I was in and out in about 7 minutes, and both of the people I dealt with were great and very friendly. When I picked up my car the next morning, it took about 3 minutes and Paige was terrific. More

I was still in for a recall on my air bags and with the service i have gotten through them these 2 months have been great !!! they took care of rental car for me . I have told friends about this and they have BMW's and they don't take care of them like they do me :) And they have a recall as well...... SO LOVE ACURA !!!! More

The Service Manager was very helpful in showing me the vehicle computer readings and it was then we determined doing a more thorough service on my vehicle. I appreciate his expertise in helping me with the best course of action. This is a great car. Kevin More
Not what I would expect from a luxury brand dealer. I made a service appointment via their on-line website and when I showed up on the scheduled date and time- they had no record of it and told me the s I made a service appointment via their on-line website and when I showed up on the scheduled date and time- they had no record of it and told me the service coordinator that confirmed my appointment (in writing, via email) was off this day. That said, they did take my appointment without any trouble. Overall, I felt the dealership was average in terms of physical product, service and professionalism. I had some questions about my vehicle (as a new owner) and had to ask several people for help and felt like I was "putting them out". Perhaps my expectations were too high as I am spoiled by the service I get when I go to my Audi dealership for my other vehicle. More

Some places (I've accompanied family/friends to their dealerships) are more.."sterile" and less client oriented. At Courtesy, the waiting room is 'cozy' (for a waiting room). The service is friendly, informative and honest. There's no pressure to get recommended things done; but when it's necessary they tell me. My car is returned to me cleaned (with water and a mint - great touch). I know what matters most is the quality of the work done, not the mints, cookies, fruit, coffee or sodas. I've been taking my current and previous vehicle here over the past 13+ years and always trust the work done. And if I have to wait for my car, these little things make the difference and having informative employees (who are there for years) makes it feel more like family. #197918 More

Christina Maulin was very nice and helpful, and the waiting area was superb, with complimentary coffee (GOOD coffee!), sodas, juice, granola bars, cookies, wi-fi, etc. The work was speedy, and the environment relaxing.
