He made himself available immediately, knew exactly what I'd done, told me what I needed to do to resolve the issue and I was rolling again in less than 30 minutes. You can't find better service after the sale than you receive from folks like Leo and the others at Courtesy Acura! More

Paige has been prompt, understanding and able to clearly communicate my car issues. Unfortunately I can't say the same about a situation a couple of weeks before - on January 15 - I called with car problems (turned out one of my coils went out). I initially spoke with Tressa and gave her all of my information about the car - that I needed to have it towed, etc. She acted as though it was all taken car of... I called later that day to confirm that Courtesy would be ready to receive my car and my loaner would be ready. I believe I spoke the 2nd time with Amanda. Amanda had absolutely no documentation of my call - but reassured me that things would be taken care of completely. Tressa did not document any information I had provided. I was not happy at all. We had to quickly get a tow scheduled, etc. More

They completed the service in less than the original estimated time. My service rep, Connor, was both personable and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with him. The service area is clean and seems well maintained. Likewise, the waiting room is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with snacks, beverages and reading materials. The entire operation is first class. Courtesy kindly washed my car at the end of the service, which is an added bonus for using this dealership. The water and mint that they left in my vehicle after they completed the service was icing on the cake. They're doing it right at Courtesy, and deserve to be congratulated for outstanding service. I was recently driving home from the mountains and discovered that I have been coming to Acura Broadway for many years to have my Acura MDX serviced. I was recently driving home from the mountains and discovered that one of my headlights needed to be replaced. I called the dealership and they said to come by and they would take care of it ASAP. Stuart and Justin were fantastic. I appreciated the friendly smiles, quick service and Justin's offer to hand wash my car so I didn't need to take my skis off the rack. Their great service will keep me coming back to Courtesy Acura. More
