Service Department service As I typically do, I made an unscheduled visit to Courtesy Acura Service Department for an oil change. Without any delay, I was greeted by name, quic As I typically do, I made an unscheduled visit to Courtesy Acura Service Department for an oil change. Without any delay, I was greeted by name, quickly processed through the initial assessment and was told it would take about one hour and ten minutes to complete the oil change, rotate the tires and replace the cabin and engine filters (I knew they needed replacement due to the inspection from the last oil change). In approximately 45 minutes I was told that the servicing was complete and my car was ready. We went over the full vehicle inspection report (no surprises) and, as always, the car was clean and ready to go. Fast, excellent, courteous and cost efficient service - I am very satisfied with Courtesy Acura, will continue to be a regular customer and recommend them to my friends and family. More
