I went in for an oil change that came with a car wash and vacuum. Unfortunately, they forgot to vacuum. I did go back later on the same day for the service, and they still didn’t clean it very well. I was a little disappointed about that. Luckily Paige’s friendliness had made up for it. Hopefully they will do a better job next time. More

We have taken it to their service center for every service. We were just in on Saturday with Matt Sheridan, our Service Advisor. With the winter roads in Colorado, we are frequently patching/repairing tires. This service was another patch and the usual oil change/tire rotation. Courtesy has NEVER tried to push us into a big $ service/replacement/repair and is completely honest and upfront with their recommendations prior to, and throughout, the service visit. We are always given a loaner vehicle while our maintenance is happening so that our day is not inconvenienced at all. Matt was extremely helpful.
