Finally..... A Great Service Experience! This was my first time at this Dealerships Service Department, it will be the only one I will go to from now on! I walked out smiling! The staff is f This was my first time at this Dealerships Service Department, it will be the only one I will go to from now on! I walked out smiling! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, especially Paige Dickens, she is very nice, and very helpful! The waiting room is very comfortable. I came in for an oil change, told Paige something else about my Acura that didn't feel right, she suggested rotating the tires, I had them do it and she was right! Simple problem solved, Thanks Paige! When they finished the service work, they washed my car! When my son and I got into the car when they were finished, they put 2 water bottles and two mints on my console! In my opinion, the was the biggest small gesture that was so nice. No other dealership I've been to has or will match up to the Respect and Kindness that Courtesy Acura in Littleton, showed towards me. At the other dealerships, I'd be lucky to get a handshake! Thanks Courtesy for everything! More
Excellent service - above and beyond Brought my MDX in to have a roof rack and running boards installed. The dealership gave me a loaner car and I was in/out in one day. It's clear that this dealership makes customer service their number one priority and that's what keeps us coming back. Over the past 10+ years we have purchased five vehicles through this dealership and we always get our vehicles serviced through them as well. We have utilized other dealerships in the past and none of them compare to how well we have been treated at Courtesy Acura. More

Their waiting area is super comfortable and provide nice drinks and snacks. My car always comes back cleaned, vacuumed and with a bottle of water and chocolate waiting for me. This time I had the pleasure of working with Paige Dickens. She went above my expectations and got me a great price on my new tires and oil change. I also appreciated her communication through the process. I also purchased 3 cars from Courtesy in the last 15 years and I would highly recommend Courtesy Acura for their outstanding sales and service department! More

Premium service on a small budget I took my '94 integra gsr for a diagnosis after I had 3 other shops look into the problem and wasn't satisfied with their opinions. Stuart took care of me and I was able to receive a brand new 100 mile SUV loaner while they inspected mine. I left confident and they washed my car like I hadn't seen in years. I didn't get the service done with them but I feel they gave me the best diagnosis. My experience was professional, patient, thorough, easy, friendly, funny & convenient, all of which I would like to experience again. He is absolutely the best: knowledgeable, kind and provides exceptional service by always having a loaner ready. I never have to wait and am always provided an Acura loaner instead of the enterprise rental that other dealerships set up, which is a long process. I have dealt with other dealership service departments and all have been a nightmare. Sandy goes above and beyond and I never dread coming in for service like I do with other dealerships. They all need to take some customer service training from Courtesy Acura?? More

He gives you all the information you need, gets waht needs to be fixed done, and offers you all your options but is never pushy. Each time we've come away from our experience feeling we were treated fairly, with kindness, concern and respect. Our service advisor for these past four years, "Sandy", is like a member of the family. He always patiently and thoroughly explains all of the service requirements and costs. We were recently on the cusp of leaving town on a long road trip when our 100,000 mile major service came due. Knowing our tight schedule, Sandy pushed us through the service process at an accelerated rate and provided a loaner vehicle as well. Bottom line, for the past 4 years Courtesy Acura's Service department has lived up to the dealership's name -- and more -- delivering value, technical expertise and professionalism.
