Service department exceeds expectations I took my 2014 MDX in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Heard some grinding in the front end. Michelle in the service dept took care of everything. She is so competent and goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of big and small. She is definitely, the example of service sells the cars. I bought my new MDX solely due to my experience with Michelle. She makes sure everything is taken care of answers all of my questions. The amenities at your disposal during service are awesome (no cost loaner cars, free drinks and snacks, decent lounging and working spaces), and the dealership always makes sure work is done right, going above and beyond to correct for the few times it's not. No one is perfect, no dealership will do work perfectly every time - a great dealership will get it right 99% of the time and go above and beyond to correct that 1%. All of that said, the main reason (among many) that I keep returning to Courtesy is Hollie. Not only has she made a point to understand me and be able to anticipate my needs and wants, but she consistently ensures that everything was done properly before even letting me know it's completed. She's extremely personable, and technically apt such that she can not only explain what is wrong, but WHY it needs fixing, potential causes, and never pushes services that aren't needed (and this is to an engineer - which is a true feat of patience). She is a true gem in a field of the otherwise pushy, disingenuously caring, and untrustworthy service advisors I've dealt with at other dealerships. More

Excellent Service I made an appointment to take care of a problem I was having with locks & trunk release expecting to wait for my car for a couple hours. Michelle Mall I made an appointment to take care of a problem I was having with locks & trunk release expecting to wait for my car for a couple hours. Michelle Mallory took care of the issue for me in 15 minutes and at no charge! The service department was having a busy Friday morning, but she and all the other service representatives and technicians were unerringly polite to everyone and to each other, which was a pleasure to see. The service consultant Paige Dickens was polite and was patent with my questions of the maintenance service. She made detailed explanations to me before and after the service. Although I did not make an appointment, the maintenance was done for less than one hour which really surprised me. Thank Paige and the technician who worked on my RDX! More
