He explained everything that needed to be done, and explained what they didn't do, but what may need to be done soon (brakes, etc). He was very clear about how long the service would take and then was able to have it done sooner. I really appreciate how straightforward he was. Much better than other dealers such as Rickenbaugh. He takes the time to answer any questions I may have, is always very friendly, professional, and, most importantly, I TRUST him!! She got my car in right away and gave me a loaner. I was able to keep this loaner while my husband and I decided what to have done on our MDX. Michelle was patient through this process and never made us feel rushed. Three days later my car was back good as new. They just have great customer service, quality work and the overall value is hard to beat. My service manager, Stuart Hall, even took the time to figure out which would be the better deal - prorated warranty versus a service coupon - just one of the many service coupons the dealership emails frequently.
