I just recently bought a 2006 VW Beetle Convertible from this dealer and within the first week I had a couple of problems (headlights out, check engine light, horn inoperable, lost duplicate key). I first s this dealer and within the first week I had a couple of problems (headlights out, check engine light, horn inoperable, lost duplicate key). I first started talking to Dave when I first brought it in and was welcomed with open arms, so to speak. They told me they would take care of everything for me, free of charge, and even gave me a rental car for an entire week. They fixed my headlights for me. After a week I realized my check engine light was on. I called Dave again and he told me to come right in. They checked it and fixed the light and sent me on my way. The light came back on a couple of days later and I realized that my horn did not work, I called in again and was greeted by Andy, who told me to come in and they would check it and repair it for me. He had me come in for a third time and it was during this time that they fixed my check engine light, repaired my horn, and even paid for a duplicate key for me. I just picked up my car today and they paid for over $1500 dollars in repairs, and had the duplicate key made for me free of charge and without me requesting it. After I left the lot did I realize that they had given me a Ghiradelli chocolate square and a bottle of water. I cannot believe how much help I have received from them, I am in complete utter shock. This dealership has gone over and beyond normal customer service, especially for a car that they do not even make, but sold to me. I will definitely be going back to this dealership when it comes time for me to buy another car. If you ever are looking to buy a car, Courtesy Acura in Littleton, Colorado is the one to buy from. As someone who is very picky about who services his vehicle (2005 TSX), I have been to many Honda/Acura dealerships and service repair centers in the areas around Denver and Golden. These have included vehicle (2005 TSX), I have been to many Honda/Acura dealerships and service repair centers in the areas around Denver and Golden. These have included, but are not limited to; Planet Honda, Ralph Schomp Honda, Gaylord's Garage, Flatirons Acura, and Burt Kuni Honda. Courtesy Acura has been my primary source of maintenance on my car since purchase a few years ago because of their honesty and professionalism. Have they done every service or maintenance without issue? No, but none of the dealerships have. Everyone makes mistakes, and everyone will have a sub-par service from time to time. What differentiates Courtesy Acura from other locations is how they handle the situation when it arises. Where the other locations have simply blown the issues off and make excuses, Courtesy Acura actually takes matters seriously and remedies the situation more than appropriately. They are also have some of the most honest advisors around; with Andy Fiedler being my first choice. Not only are they straight forward with their information, but they are genuinely willing to discuss matters with you. Being a mechanical engineer, the ability to discuss exactly what is going on in a technical manner is very important to me. I don't like being talked down to as if I don't know the difference between a camshaft and a crankshaft, and I don't like having the details glossed over. While I know they can explain everything to those who may not know, they don't automatically assume and treat you like an idiot. They are also willing to provide proof of what they say needs or does not need maintenance. If I ask anyone at many other dealerships for proof that my transmission fluid is dirty or that my brake pads need replacing immediately, I get scoffed at as if proof is not something I get, and I should just pony up my money. The only downside I can say to this dealership is that they are more expensive that most of the other dealerships I have been to. Usually it's a marginal increase in price, which is completely worth it for the peace of mind and service advisors. Sometimes, as I found when quoting my clutch replacement, they are quite a bit more expensive than competitors. However, I have found out that going with a lower cost repair does in fact mean you get a lower quality repair. In saving $800 by going to a small Honda/Acura shop to replace my clutch, I almost had significant damage to my car due to their poor re-assembly techniques. I strongly recommend spending the extra cash, and get a reliable repair almost every time at Courtesy Acura. More

We bought our MDX at Courtesy Acura earlier in the year and just brought it in for its first service. Great experience. Easy to pick a schedule that worked for us and our advisor, Zach Nelson, just made ev and just brought it in for its first service. Great experience. Recently,I needed a roof rack system installed on my RDX and spoke with Andy who answered all of my questions and help me focus in on what I needed. He was very patient and explained all to me so that I "knew" what I wanted. I made the appointment and Andy took care of me well. He even gave me advice on what type of box I needed. This service is what I expect and have received from Courtesy Acura. Job well done! More

Best dealership I have ever worked with.I Would buy another Acura because of their level of competance and trustworthiness. Even though it is a long drive for me, I feel they do everything possible to another Acura because of their level of competance and trustworthiness.
