We recently bought a new home and Leo came out right away to program our garage door openers into our vehicles. They couldn't make it any easier for the customer. Awesome service. Leo is great at what he does. Also, a shout out to Matt Sheridan for taking great care of us every time we bring our cars in for service. This dealership is top notch! More

Great under pressure We dropped our 2014 MDX off with Michelle in Service for an oil change and to have a few misc items looked at. The service dept was crazy busy, but Michelle took her time with us and we didn't feel hurried. She always take great care of us when we come in for service. I have been a customer of Michelle's for over 4 years and always look forward to seeing her. She is very knowledgable and helpful. She is the reason we upgraded from a 2006 MDX to a 2014 MDX 4 months ago. BEST DECISION EVER!!! We looked at other car brands, but just couldn't beat the personalized service we recieve when we come in for service. More

Leo's training was very professional and helpful Leo Falcam knows his stuff. And he is patient with slow tech learners like me. He was organized in his presentation, in what we covered, and stuck to Leo Falcam knows his stuff. And he is patient with slow tech learners like me. He was organized in his presentation, in what we covered, and stuck to his schedule for the time we had allotted. Often the sign of a true professional. He was able to explain to me issues I could not find in my new RDX manual and what I could do to continue to configure my system. He led me through the key features of the RDX so that I could get my money's worth. Plus, I was invited to call back and set an appointment if I hit got stuck in the future. More

Outstanding Customer Service and Overall Dealer Experience A year ago I purchased a 2014 MDX. Over the past year the support and service from Courtesy Acura was outstanding. Though there were some challenges A year ago I purchased a 2014 MDX. Over the past year the support and service from Courtesy Acura was outstanding. Though there were some challenges with this first model year they addressed all of them in time. They were clearly committed to my satisfaction. They honored the warranty without question. The service people were very accommodating. (And it was nice to have a clean car every time I brought it in!) John Weidenaar, the sales person who handled my initial purchase was excellent as well. Knowledgeable. Customer-first attitude. Yet beyond that the whole dealership all the way up to the General Manager have a great attitude about customer service. I strongly recommend Courtesy Acura. (And, by the way, the 2014 MDX is a very nice vehicle.) More
