I had taken my TSX in for a recall and expected to be pushed or convinced that my car needed extra service in addition to the free warranty repair. They however did not try to force any repairs or service upon me and only had a few things that may need attention in the future. Did I mention the car washes and guest lounge? By far some of the best amenities out of any dealer I have been to. I plan to take my car here again for service, and will definitely consider purchasing a new car from them when the time comes! More
I have been using this dealer ship to service my RL for 7 years. Great staff, Sandy has been the adviser who usually takes care of my needs. I have never had any real issues with the car. Just bought a used RDX & had it in for service, adding accessories. After purchase, noticed a scratch on Windshield. Even though it's a buy as is, Michelle M Mallory in service was awesome in get adding accessories. After purchase, noticed a scratch on Windshield. I recently went in for an oil change. Sandy was so friendly and helpful and made it very obvious he cared about my car and my family's needs. After the car was inspected, he let me know of a couple t friendly and helpful and made it very obvious he cared about my car and my family's needs. After the car was inspected, he let me know of a couple things that needed attention sometime soon, but didn't push me to do it right away or pressure me to stay at the dealership for non-warranty items. I chose one of the things to take care of immediately and can plan on fixing the other things in the near future. Will definitely return to this dealership for other needs! More

My Acura seemed to be drawing the battery down resulting in failure to start. I took the vehicle in to Courtesy Acura for service where Mallory ( the service rep.) discussed my starting issue. My car was in the shop most of the day & when I came to pickup the vehicle Michelle went through the entire evaluation process with me and explained the solutions applied to remedy the situation.
