Excellent service every time! We bought our certified pre-owned Acura MDX at Courtesy Acura in Littleton, CO and their sales staff were excellent. My wife and I have owned several Hondas and Three Acuras, all of which we have loved. We were dealing with another Acura dealership in town but after buying several cars from them we were becoming less enthu all of which we have loved. When I had a minor warranty concern regarding some peeling trim on our MDX I thought I would give Courtesy a try. Randy, in service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even though our MDX was out of warranty he went out of his way to contact Acura and they agreed to fix the problem. When I dropped my car off Lorenzo was just as friendly. He gave me a very nice loaner and the work was completed within a few hours. I haven't been treated this well at a dealership in as long as I can remember. They really seem like they want to earn our business. My mother went in to look at purchasing a new TL and the salesman she spoke with greeted her immediately and made her feel very comfortable. He never made any assumptions about her finances, answered all of her questions and was simply helpful and friendly. This was not the case at another Japanese luxury dealership in town. When it is time to buy our next Acura we will be starting right here at Courtesy Acura. Flag this review More
Lorenzo Sanchez was very nice to work with. If I had only dealt with him my rating would have been higher. I dropped off my MDX at 10am and came back at the scheduled 1:30pm. At that time Lorenzo said they would be just a little longer and escorted me to their waiting room. People came & went. At about 2:55pm I noticed my car sitting in the garage exit area so I went to the office to see what was going on. Lorenzo was not there so I asked a lady behind the counter about my car. She asked who my service person was and seemed reluctant to help. When I tried to explain that I really needed to get going she quickly cut me off. She did start the paperwork to check me out, but a few minutes later Lorenzo came in (from lunch) and she immediately told him that I was his customer and here's my paperwork. Two things, I think they forgot about me sitting in the waiting room and then the lady was not friendly or helpful so this is why my rating is not higher. More

Just built a house in the Littleton area and we brought our 2008 Acura RL here because it has all-wheel drive. Have had a couple of extended warranty issues as well as a standard oil change/service done o our 2008 Acura RL here because it has all-wheel drive. Have had a couple of extended warranty issues as well as a standard oil change/service done on the car at Courtesy Acura on Broadway. Have dealt with Matt and Andy in the service department and I have to say they are some of the best service guys I've ever met. I will not be going anywhere else for service on this Acura (or any others that I end up buying in the future). I've even turned a good friend of mine who owns a NSX on to these guys. More

This last trip was for the 105,000 mile service on my wife's '04 TSX and I worked with Michelle, but I've worked with everyone in the department at one time or another. They treat us like old friends, give us excellent advice and the best possible service. Is dealership service a bit more expensive than the guy on the corner? Probably. But look at the folks they have working there. All of their techs are LONG term employees, and I only want the best working on my vehicles. Heck, the way I drive, my life depends on it :) More
I took my TL in for service on my Hands Free Link. They were able to quickly identify the problem. I at first was a little frustrated by the fact that the HFL had to be replaced, the cost, and that it wasn were able to quickly identify the problem. I even questioned the point in purchasing a warranty if it doesn't cover anything. I inquired about one the warranties I had previously purchased. I requested my warranty info be pulled. Lorenzo was able to verify that it was covered in full. He was helpful and understanding. I have gone to Courtesy Acura Littleton for my oil changes and maintenance for the past 3 years. They have always given a courtesy wash, done a multi-point inspection and advised of any potential problems. Sandy and Matt are helpful and friendly each time I have come. Would recommend you to buy a new or certified pre-owned from them. I could've bought my car through a broker or another dealership for a few grand less. I am glad I didn't. Since I decided to go with Courtesy Acura Littleton I have avoided a bunch of costs and inconveniences. As an example there have been a couple of times where my car needed service for several hours. With notice they were able to lend me a loaner until my car was finished. If I had bought through the broker I am pretty sure he would not have lent me a car. I received a booklet with coupons for money off my service for my car. I use them for my oil changes. Pretty good deal. An oil change, a car wash, refreshments, a detailed inspection with topping off of fluids, and good service for a decent price. More
I just relocated from Ohio where I purchased my 2011MDX from an Infinity dealer and I needed both an oil change and a training session on how to navigate the automated systems--pun intended. I took a book with me hoping I would have some time to read and I did--only about 45 minutes, however as my car was serviced that quickly and washed at no charge. In addition, another Matt from a different department took time out of his busy day to sit with me in the car and help with me the navigation, phone and voice activation systems. And it that was not enough the cost of service was less than the "oil change specialists" have been advertising and I have the assurance that Courtesy used Acura parts. I could not be happier with my experience at Courtesy Acura. More
