Excellent service for the first maintenance of my 2015 RDX I had my 2015 Acura RDX get its first maintenance service (A & B) in later April nine months after I purchased it from this dealer - Courtesy Acura. The service consultant Paige Dickens was polite and was patent with my questions of the maintenance service. She made detailed explanations to me before and after the service. Although I did not make an appointment, the maintenance was done for less than one hour which really surprised me. Thank Paige and the technician who worked on my RDX! More

Michelle Mallory took care of the issue for me in 15 minutes and at no charge! The service department was having a busy Friday morning, but she and all the other service representatives and technicians were unerringly polite to everyone and to each other, which was a pleasure to see. He explained everything that needed to be done, and explained what they didn't do, but what may need to be done soon (brakes, etc). He was very clear about how long the service would take and then was able to have it done sooner. I really appreciate how straightforward he was. Much better than other dealers such as Rickenbaugh. She got my car in right away and gave me a loaner. I was able to keep this loaner while my husband and I decided what to have done on our MDX. Michelle was patient through this process and never made us feel rushed. Three days later my car was back good as new.
