They just have great customer service, quality work and the overall value is hard to beat. My service manager, Stuart Hall, even took the time to figure out which would be the better deal - prorated warranty versus a service coupon - just one of the many service coupons the dealership emails frequently. We recently bought a new home and Leo came out right away to program our garage door openers into our vehicles. They couldn't make it any easier for the customer. Awesome service. Great under pressure We dropped our 2014 MDX off with Michelle in Service for an oil change and to have a few misc items looked at. The service dept was crazy busy, but Michelle took her time with us and we didn't feel hurried. She always take great care of us when we come in for service. I have been a customer of Michelle's for over 4 years and always look forward to seeing her. She is very knowledgable and helpful. She is the reason we upgraded from a 2006 MDX to a 2014 MDX 4 months ago. BEST DECISION EVER!!! We looked at other car brands, but just couldn't beat the personalized service we recieve when we come in for service. More

He was able to explain to me issues I could not find in my new RDX manual and what I could do to continue to configure my system. He led me through the key features of the RDX so that I could get my money's worth. Plus, I was invited to call back and set an appointment if I hit got stuck in the future. More
