I keep getting surveys sent to my email to review Courtesy Chevrolet, however my vehicle is still in the service center. My husband and I were supposed to receive a call from the service manager and Courtesy Chevrolet, however my vehicle is still in the service center. My husband and I were supposed to receive a call from the service manager and we haven’t. My vehicle lost all power on the Coronado Bridge a few weeks ago and it was towed into Courtesy. After 5 days in the service center they gave me the car back after replacing a valve. Two days later, it wouldn’t start after a trip to the store. It was towed back into Courtesy, and now they are claiming that it won’t “act up” and that I need to come and get it. The vehicle was not “acting up” in the first place, the issue is that it lost all power while I was driving. The vehicle is still under an extended warranty and clearly has an issue that they just can’t identify. I have already filed a claim with GM and sent an email to the owner of Courtesy Chevrolet. It would be great if we someone could help me get this issue resolved. More
