Honestly i was not too happy with my customer service with the service department. I called the day before in which i stated if i can have a ride back to work she explained the rules however as a courtes with the service department. I called the day before in which i stated if i can have a ride back to work she explained the rules however as a courtesy i would get a ride back to work. The next day took my car in before my appointment time and boy It was a whole big issue on me getting a ride back to work. Due to the fact that i was getting an oil change and that i could wait for the oil change. A ride would not be provided. I did tell her that i spoke with some yesterday and that it would be a courtesy the service member seemed so upset. I asked if they could just look and tell me whats wrong with my car like an expection of some sort the member service rep stated yeah its $150 or $170 is what the member said yeah its not a free service so i stated oh Im sorry i was not aware of that and the member stated yeah we do not have time anyway. Ok if your rules have changed that is fine i get it totally understand and with that being said any and everything is subject to change but to be rude about me receiving a ride and only paying 20 and i would be responsible for the rest i am only going 9.7 miles if that i did tell this person it was explained to me yesterday. I am an essential worker just trying to get back to work. I am also a women who knows very little about cars for one and maybe learning to say things in a nicer tone could have been great. My experience with the Member Service Rep was not great at all. ***On another note the lady at the check out window or the cashier is always so nice and pleasant! My car drives so much better when it leaves the dealership! Chevy does a wonderful job when it comes to my car. My stars are based on the service that was provided on my car. More
