i took my truck in for recalls ,oil change and tire rotation . when i picked it up the tire pressure were not set properly, had to reset all pressures and fill tires with air to readjust . the tire rotation . when i picked it up the tire pressure were not set properly, had to reset all pressures and fill tires with air to readjust . the tires were not rotated. per the inpection the vehicle was suppose to have done. i knew this becuase i have slow leak in one tire .and the tire did not get rotated .it was the back left tire and the back left tire is still leaking. The oil was very black and questioned if it was even changed. The service manager drove my vehicle back to service dept and had it checked said oil was changed due signs around oil plug . also the transmiision will.jerk the vehicle when coming to.a stop and sometimes hesitates to engage after the vehicle comes to a stop. They were not able to.address the issue since they have 1 transmission mechanic Now i have to take vehicle back again for further review when the mechanic can see the vehicle. I.explained this transmission problem does not occur all the time Aslo chevy division claims that its the fuel.tank fuel swishing around in the tank since it is such a large fuel.tank and no baffles are in tank.This is cuasing the vehicle to.jerk forward at stopping .so.when the tank is arounf half to.3/4 full the problem could occur more. More

Pleased with my vehicle purchase a used 2019 Cruze, but I saw ad on Craigslist for one amount 14k (I did not want to spend more than 15k +tax...) and after I inquired about above car cost it was almost 20k, I saw ad on Craigslist for one amount 14k (I did not want to spend more than 15k +tax...) and after I inquired about above car cost it was almost 20k, all because of add on's tacked on by dealership. That almost 20k was not even the tax, license, dmv fees...; but was tinting on windows, nitrogen in tires, 5 year maintenance agreement, anti-theft something or other. After some back and forth I got the last 2 items removed, this is why only 3 stars. How can you advertise at one amount and jack up by 5k; so o.k. these were extras added on, but nothing I requested. I really did not want the tinted windows or the nitrogen in the tires, but since already done, I had to take them. I did really like the Car so just put up with the hassels. The sales person was the nicest to deal with, he was Francisco Dimas and would recommend him. I would have gave Courtesy 5 stars if extras were not added and car was sold for Craigslist advertised price. I did pay full price incl. extras that were added More
