Poor Customer Care GM extended a warranty to cover some small car ignition problems for 15 yrs. My brother purchased a 2005 Saturn for his daughter. It qualified for thi GM extended a warranty to cover some small car ignition problems for 15 yrs. My brother purchased a 2005 Saturn for his daughter. It qualified for this ignition problem. Courtesy Chevrolet repaired the car last year. I just had my car serviced there and told the service manager my niece’s Saturn key problem has returned. Would he take a look at it and do you stand behind your work. After reviewing his files he said the 15 yr warranty has expired and he only stood behind his work for 90 days. To look at it again would cost $180. That was just to look. My new car warranty runs out the end of this year and I’ll be looking for a different shop to service my vehicles . More
