We brought our Equinox to the dealership to solve our electrical issues. Not only was the issue not addressed but they removed a random part without explanation. We relied on your expertise to diagnose electrical issues. Not only was the issue not addressed but they removed a random part without explanation. We relied on your expertise to diagnose and solve our car issues and this was not done. The communication was also very poor on your end. We will be seeking a remedy from another dealership in the future. More
