I took my car in to see why the check engine light was on. They took my car apart to diagnose and then the techs all left before it was put back together and nobody told me they would be keeping my car. S on. They took my car apart to diagnose and then the techs all left before it was put back together and nobody told me they would be keeping my car. Since it was Friday and they're closed all weekend I had to find other ways to get to work that weekend. I complained about the poor communication and service to the manager who offered me 15% off... I had a coupon in the mail for 15% off (which of course couldn't be combined with his "discount")... so essentially he offered me nothing. This place is a scam and does nothing to fix their glaring shortcomings. More
