Update 3/16: I still come in for oil changes and they are never ever seemed to be mindful of the oil smudges. I give up. I continue to let them know. And they just don't care. A promised whole car detail that fell through. Just completely bummed out. It's like you lend a dollar to a family member. And they do you dirty. Literally. The last time I had brought my car in for a recall service I had excellent service. However, yesterday, Larry was a disappointment. I had to purchase my own lyft. Upon return when trying to pick up my service I had excellent service. However, yesterday, Larry was a disappointment. I had to purchase my own lyft. Upon return when trying to pick up my car, I waited 10-15 min no one was in office. I texted him and got no response. I went in to the cashiers office then the attendant checked me out. I waited another 20 minutes to get my traverse and it wasn’t washed like it always has been in the past. My drivers seat and mirrors were moved around and adjusted to someone else’s height (shorter than me) as if they had taken my car for a joy ride. My gas tank had about a quarter of a tank less. I am wondering why it was necessary to drive my traverse around if it was only being checked for the middle row recall. Such a disappointment that I had no one to even explain what was wrong with my middle row seat. Your male employees at the service department are super rude to us females. We are walking into something we already feel unfamiliar with and your male employees sure know how to make us feel more out of place as women there. More
