Is it Under Warranty or Not? Visited dealer. Was told my repair would be under warranty but had to order part. Waited two months and then called to find out the part was in. Ma Visited dealer. A different service advisor said they ordered the part and it would not be under warranty. The warranty decision was GM's, but the initial misleading answer was the fault of the Service Advisor. One other time I made an appt for an oil change. Arrived at appt time. No one around. Waited 15min and left. No wonder dealers have a bad reputation. More
