Kameron was the greatest! I choose to come to courtesy Chevy after being recommended by a friend and although I was not full sure if I wanted to buy I was in the market. He was always straight forward and honest and I appreciated that so much. After a handful of cars he finally found me the one I couldn’t say no to. Long wait and poor customer service I purchased my car here and have gotten the maintenance here always. Andy is usually the one that helps me, however he wasn't there is time. The girl I purchased my car here and have gotten the maintenance here always. Andy is usually the one that helps me, however he wasn't there is time. The girl that helped was quite and didn't explain anything before or after the service, she barely spoke at all. Not sure if she does know or what, but if not then she could have gotten someone to talk to me after my service was completed so I know what's going on with my car. While I was waiting for my car I say her flip another girl off that was walking by her window. I assume the girl walking by also works there (not sure wasn't wearing the dealer shirt) or at least I'd hope so, I guess. Very unprofessional. The service was for an oil change, it took over an hour to be completed. That's a long time for an oil change. More
