He did an outstanding job ensuring everything was ready upon my arrival. He spent the time necessary to give me an "orientation" to this car and its unique features. He also took the time to help me get my cell phone connected to bluetooth and ensure OnStar was operational. We found a few "blemishes" on the fender paint, and he immediately got with Brandon in the Body Shop to have them buffed out right then and there. I would certainly recommend Courtesy to others!
