Notwithstanding the service rep Raf, is a great person, his done everything in his position to have service technicians properly fix the issues but service technicians are not fixing the issue, matter of fact they created the issues in the first place because the mishandled the vehicle and scratched my shift gear and other. Am not happy, that car is money which Am still paying for. I did be appreciative for some consideration, please. More

Exeeded my Expectations Larry in the service department exceeded my expectations with excellent service. I had a routine oil change and then noticed my Tahoe was leaking a li Larry in the service department exceeded my expectations with excellent service. I had a routine oil change and then noticed my Tahoe was leaking a little oil. He came up with a great game plan, was informative and very prompt. The leaking oil was not a cause for alarm, issue was fixed during oil change. I will never make the mistake of going to the Chevy dealership closer to my home again, I will make the drive south and have all service done at Courtesy! Really appreciate the service at Courtesy! Took my car in for service came out worse. I took my camaro in due to my check engine light. They changed my oil and charged me. I left the dealership and the same thing was happening, everytim I took my camaro in due to my check engine light. They changed my oil and charged me. I left the dealership and the same thing was happening, everytime I get to 4 rpms the car starts shacking. I leased my car at courtesy and probably one of the biggest mistakes I have made. The employees are all either rude or stuck up. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. More
