Yet another awful experience Brought my bran new truck in for an alignment. For some reason, despite being new, the alignment was off. Even more frustrating was that the alignment Brought my bran new truck in for an alignment. For some reason, despite being new, the alignment was off. Even more frustrating was that the alignment had been perfect BEFORE I brought my truck to this same service center for an oil change. How the shop managed to mess up the alignment in my truck by changing its oil I don't know but I suspect it has something to do with what I saw when I can to pick up my truck- employees doing burnouts in the parking lot in what looked like a customer's vehicle. After I picked up my truck, the alignment was better but still off. I decided not to make a stink over it because it was close enough and I was sick of dealing with the constant service problems. A few days later I noticed one of the bolts on my skid plate looked like it was backing out. I got under my truck and realized that not only was my bolt cross threaded but the entire undercarrage was covered in oil. I checked the oil to make sure it wasn't low and noticed it was over full. Whoever did my oil change obviously overfilled the oil. I am sick of the constant poor treatment of my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend letting Courtesy Chevrolet get their hands on your vehicle even if they did the work for free much less paying them to destroy your rig. More

Notwithstanding the service rep Raf, is a great person, his done everything in his position to have service technicians properly fix the issues but service technicians are not fixing the issue, matter of fact they created the issues in the first place because the mishandled the vehicle and scratched my shift gear and other. Am not happy, that car is money which Am still paying for. I did be appreciative for some consideration, please. More

Exeeded my Expectations Larry in the service department exceeded my expectations with excellent service. I had a routine oil change and then noticed my Tahoe was leaking a li Larry in the service department exceeded my expectations with excellent service. I had a routine oil change and then noticed my Tahoe was leaking a little oil. He came up with a great game plan, was informative and very prompt. The leaking oil was not a cause for alarm, issue was fixed during oil change. I will never make the mistake of going to the Chevy dealership closer to my home again, I will make the drive south and have all service done at Courtesy! Really appreciate the service at Courtesy!
