Making the appointment on the phone was easy, and when I arrived, my service advisor, Rafael Ramirez, took great care of me. He even made a suggestion on oil change service which was a much better deal. Instead of waiting, I opted for a free Lyft ride to/from my house and picked up my freshly washed pick up within just a few hours. Courtesy Chevrolet treat people well.
