CERTIFIED AUTO MACHANICS ???????? Lets say..... had my 07 suburban for 2 months couldnt fond out what was wrong with my brand new rebuilt motor purchased from GM 7,500.00 cash. Told m Lets say..... had my 07 suburban for 2 months couldnt fond out what was wrong with my brand new rebuilt motor purchased from GM 7,500.00 cash. Told me they fixed the problem .came down to pick up vechile..sat in drivers seat turned on vehicle and within 12 seconds problem still there...the lead tech machanic drove my truck around back did a test and said still having a miss fire ..... I was told i would get a call from scott fixed director in 2 weeks as engineer was on vacation i called scott 3 to 4 weeks later and asked if engineer is still on vacation .....he said bring it down .....2 weeks later andy calls me up to tell me engineer DID NOT LOOK AT VEHICLE but said that i needed to replace BOTH MY MOTOR MOUNTS they were bad ....i said thats funny because when i bought the new motor i replaced 1 motor mount at chevy and the other one was in good condition ..... andy then did some research and found out that i was telling the truth .... then told me chevy would replace the brand new one but i would be responsible for paying another 620.00 for the other one BEFORE the engineer came out.... now im getting the run around and Andy told me to come by and get truck or 50.00 a day foe storage....but yet made over 600.00 off my warranty and truck no better then when i gave it to them 4 months ago .....dont waste your time .... with courtesy as theybare complete theives only in in for the money and cant seem to solve their own product problems i hope everyone and their mother reads this More

Not a good experience! I hardly ever right reviews but this experience really forced my hand.I didn't feel that Larry had my best interest in mind and also spoke with very r I hardly ever right reviews but this experience really forced my hand.I didn't feel that Larry had my best interest in mind and also spoke with very rude tone. I didn't feel welcomed at all. Though they may have done a good job on the oil change I didn't feel good about giving them my business. More

On Time with Good Work When my dash 'reported' that the oil level needed attention I immediately called my Service Advisor, Tom Boggess. Even though he was on vacation I was When my dash 'reported' that the oil level needed attention I immediately called my Service Advisor, Tom Boggess. Even though he was on vacation I was given an appointment for 0830 hours the next day. Shortly after pulling into the service bay area Rafael came over to my car, said he recognized me (have been a customer since 1984, btw) and asked the reason for my being there and said he'd take care of me which he did. I waited in the customer lounge for the work to be completed, took possession of my vehicle 2+ hours later after paying a modest charge for parts and drove off a happy camper. More

AMAZING!! AWESOME!!! I wasn't really sure on how I was going to feel leaving in a smaller car then my Jeep Commander. But when I saw my CRUZ, I fell in Love with it!!
