Great service for my new car! I had never gotten a new car before, but my salesperson, Anthony Roberts, stayed with me every step of the way. He went to great length to assure me t I had never gotten a new car before, but my salesperson, Anthony Roberts, stayed with me every step of the way. He went to great length to assure me that I'd get the best deal. He explained every step of the car, and the features of said car. He also spoke of the purchase plan that came with it, including Onstar and accident insurance. He did not leave my side until I was satisfied with my purchase, and made himself available if I had any questions. One of the best experiences I've had, ensuring my loyalty. More

Bad customers service I went to see a Toyota Rav4 xle 2014 4/1/2018 Vin jtmwfrevzej003100 SALE PRICE OF $14,500 when I saw it on the website I saw that it came with GPS n I went to see a Toyota Rav4 xle 2014 4/1/2018 Vin jtmwfrevzej003100 SALE PRICE OF $14,500 when I saw it on the website I saw that it came with GPS nice radio, basically the stock system, I go see the car asked them if they detailed car he said yes. it was so obvious that it had not seen fluids were low, car radio missing but I was okay with that took car out for test drive it drove ok. so when I got back to dealer i said look ill take this car for $14,000 even .The car had not been serviced and the stock radio that they advertised was missing, it had some Walmart cheap kendwood radio the guy said to me oh yeah sorry we had to pull it out the system was shot and it would have cost 2,550 to get same stock radio in it with GPS. he said okay let me ask if we can take $14,000, he comes back and tells me okay its a go so when the next guy comes with a contact with almost 2 grand in add ons I told him no I don"t want the add on I just want the car he said okay, then comes back with half of the add on"s I told him again NO I do not want add ons such xxx door bumpers , lifetime nitrogen, window tinting and some other crap. I said i just want to buy car for 14,000 with all tax and fees and hes said I can't do that. I said well then I can"t do a deal with you and I walked out. I really did not understand this guy lost business because he didn't want cut $500 from car while trying to do false advertising and to top it off trying to push add ons on you. I was NOT even going to a review until today 3 days 4/21/2018 later they are now advertising the car for $14,000 what a joke , that guy should be fired not so much the guy just trying to sale you the car but the guy trying to sale extras, with his flamboyant very arrogant demeanor to close the contract. I could have gotten that car but he wanted to say no. It had already been on the market for over 50 days everyday depreciating, when I went to see it hope who ever buys gets it for under 14,000 when they see that Walmart radio. don't remember the guys name but skinny guy hazel / greenish eyes with some kind of corneal disease from LA. other guy I won't say much I know he's from Alaska and he was ok just trying to sale a car.
