Terrible place to buy a car! My wife and I wanted a 2025 suburban. I called and the sales person asked me to come in today to see it because they had 5 appointments on Saturday t My wife and I wanted a 2025 suburban. We went in and asked for the sales associate and after waiting a few minutes another sales associate came to show us the car. We walked over to where he thought it was and we couldn’t find it. He looked up the stock number and said it was there come to find out the CFO of the dealership is driving it around as a “demo” where he drives it around to put miles on it for some unknown reason and it would be back in 4 days! How do you have 5 appointments to see it if it is not even there? The sales associate said he does that sometimes and doesn’t tell them. So they have cars listed on the website that may or may not be there. I told them how unprofessional it was wasting my time and what a jerk the CFO is. I won’t be back ever! More
Absolutely do not purchase a vehicle from this place. They literally sent the WRONG loan information for my down payment on my vehicle and didn’t even bother to notify me. I want to share my experience with Courtesy Chevrolet Dealership. On 1/24/2026, I was there and saw my Chevy Suburban 2024, and we agreed to go back on Monday 1/26/2026. While I was doing a test drive I Dealership. On 1/24/2026, I was there and saw my Chevy Suburban 2024, and we agreed to go back on Monday 1/26/2026. While I was doing a test drive I saw that the brakes were not in good shape(43%). The front brake pads and rotor were in bad shape and my salesperson, Jackson Baldree, said that before the delivery, they will do the final inspection for this vehicle. When I went to pick up my car on Monday, I saw that they did not in fact fix my brakes, just made adjustments so I could not see their condition on my dashboard. After 2.5k mi, I started having issues with my left side brakes, and so I went back to the dealer on Tuesday 2/17/2026. We even had an agreement to get a second key for the car and replace the brakes, since the value of my car is almost 60k. They said that this wasn't part of the agreement, and I mentioned that Jackson said that they would do everything I asked for when I made the first oil change. Jackson was out that day. They did not perform any kind of inspection on my brakes that day. I went back that Thursday 2/19/2026, and I met with Jackson. He confirmed everything that was part of the agreement, but as soon as he went and checked with his team, he came and told me that based on the inspection that was made on Tuesday, the brakes were in good condition. They then added that they could not provide me with a second key because the past owner did not give them 2 keys. I sent my car to Firestone to get my brakes checked, and they said that they are in very bad conditions. I will attach the report with pictures. I told them that I would not bring my car in for any service anymore, despite having paid a package for ceramic coating, 3 oil changes, etc. because I do not trust their services anymore. Since apparently they can change the status of my car on my dashboard, when my car is in horrible condition. I will attach the condition of my brakes and the report from Firestone.
