It wasn't the best. Too much back and forth to get to a fair price. Once we arrived, we let Brandon know we were on a tight timeframe, as we had a two-hour drive there a Too much back and forth to get to a fair price. He assured us they were moving as quickly as they could, but there were no other customers, and the employees just stood around and talked instead of working. When it was finally time for us to go to finance, the apparent manager, Jordon just stood in the way of the office door to finance, talking to someone, and did not even have the common courtesy to move out of the way for customers. Once we finally cleared finance we ended up waiting and waiting for Brandon to bring the truck up from getting detailed. At this point he had already had two hours to get the truck detailed but we still had to have the girl call him twice to bring us the truck. She by the way handed us the keys and manual to a Silverado when we purchased a Colorado. When Brandon finally showed up, he had a girl riding in the passenger seat which was not okay. At this point the truck was purchased and she had no need to be riding up in the truck. Needless to say the truck wasn't detailed, not even washed and the temporary plate wasn't even on. Not a great experience overall and they kept bribing us with an Amazon gift card to leave a good review. More
My service writer was very kind and accommodating when I got there. I explained that my batteries were bad cause I had to jump start my truck. She said if it wasn’t under warranty, she could get me out in a got there. I explained that my batteries were bad cause I had to jump start my truck. She said if it wasn’t under warranty, she could get me out in about 1 1/2 hrs but since it was, it would take at least 2 hrs just to test them then they would replace them. I get the whole cover yourself stuff in this industry but it doesn’t take 2 hrs to test batteries. I work in the industry and know better. Not only that, but my truck sat there for two days before it was even touched and it was only touched because I demanded the batteries be swapped and if the other issues that were there came back, I’d bring the truck back. I knew those other issues were because of the batteries. I’m happy but not exactly ecstatic. I was hoping that since my truck was gonna be there for a few days that the other warranty issues I had were gonna be addressed but not one of them were. More
Mr. Jackson did a great job. I believe he did everything he could to close the deal for me. He tried hard to make the whole process easy. Mr. Jackson enjoys his job. The rest of the experience was less than positive. However, this time was still better than the first car I bought from Courtesy Chevrolet a few years ago. Therefore, I am not complaining. IMO, there are just too many employees involved in the process. Most of them just don't GAF. Courtesy also needs to re-train the detailer person. You do not put armor-all shine on plastic floor mats. More
