I bought a used 2020 Ford explorer from Courtesy Chevrolet with out them telling me the full service history of the vehicle. They did not tell me this far has had the entire transmission rebuild and Chevrolet with out them telling me the full service history of the vehicle. They did not tell me this far has had the entire transmission rebuild and the whole car was re wired. I asked for the car fax and was not providing with the information I needed to know the car I was buying had this history. 2 days after buying the car, the check engine light came on and it has been sitting at a dealership since. I went into courtesy to talk to them and try to get me out of the car I purchased from them. Josh was completely rude, refused to provide us with his leadership information and litarly told us to "xxxx off". More
