If I could give a half star review I would, I bought a 2017 Cadillac ATS from Garrett with courtesy Chevrolet about 2 months ago, 5 hours after driving the car off of the lot the car over heated in a McDo 2017 Cadillac ATS from Garrett with courtesy Chevrolet about 2 months ago, 5 hours after driving the car off of the lot the car over heated in a McDonald’s parking lot, I had to have the car towed back there to be fixed and it took a week and a half and was told it was a fan issue. After driving the car for two more weeks it completely started to be a terrible vehicle. The check engine light came on and said there was a misfire in the cylinder and the stability rack system stopped working. One day on my way to work the abs brake system stopped working and I almost rear ended someone on my way to work. After this Garrett promised me that he would do everything in his power to make it right for me, I was told that they would buy the vehicle back from me for the price I paid and they didn’t they bought it for $2,000 less than I paid but said they would give me a great deal on a brand new 2021 Chevy Malibu so I was ok with it. I was told time and time again that I would be getting a deal on the Malibu that was close to the same after rebates and the dealership taking some off the price for all I went through with the Cadillac. It turns out they didn’t keep their word on a single thing, I got my invoice from the credit union I financed through and it turns out they sold me a 2021 Chevy Malibu for $33,000, that’s $6,000 more than the sticker price!!!! Never go to this place you will not be treated fairly. More
