What a whirlwind!! Car shopping...am I right??!!!My What a whirlwind!! Car shopping...am I right??!!! My husband and I knew exactly what we were looking for so no need for the if's, and's and but's. What a whirlwind!! Car shopping...am I right??!!! My husband and I knew exactly what we were looking for so no need for the if's, and's and but's. Never a fan of the car shopping experience...exhausting! BUT found someone who got it! Hussain rocked it! We went through the negotiations, the talking to all the people involved (and that's the part I hate) but together Hussain and Joe listened to what we wanted and actually heard us...cut the time in half The car we wanted was a new 2021 Tahoe and was hard to find...put a nominal holding fee down to reserve our car and Hussain kept us posted every 3-4 days to show it's whereabouts in transit It arrived today!!! Hussain had it all ready for our test drive; washed, inspected, all the specs we asked for and it was almost perfect! The wash was subpar for someone to come in expecting fantastic for the car she's been wanting for weeks. Almost walking away with disappointment after all that had been great, Hussain and Debbie both mentioned that we must bring it back for a complete detail. Now that right there was customer service to a tee!! To read my reaction, not mention or overreact to it but just to say at the end, "you must bring it back, I could tell you weren't happy" sold me for doing business with them again 100% Another huge plus, more importantly, was that we were on limited time since we have kids. Hussain made that known to everyone we came in contact with. John had the paperwork ready and we were in and out I'd say, if the bad wash was the only bummer in the whole transaction BUT was recognized and remedied then I'd say my experience was a complete success! Thanks so much and what a great bday present from my man and Chevrolet!! Woopwoop!! More

Disappointed. This is a dealership I’ve gone to for five years to have service done on my Camaro and have always provided complimentary reviews. I decided to give the Sales department an opportunity fo five years to have service done on my Camaro and have always provided complimentary reviews. I decided to give the Sales department an opportunity for my business, but instead, I get a ‘sleight of hand’ number done to me. I asked why, that on the contract, only $10,500 was typed in as trade-in value, and not the agreed upon of $11,400? Answer was that discounts were applied from dealer fees and such, adding up to the $900 not shown. I also wanted to know why a partial refund for the two years paid towards registration on my Camaro, had not been noted? Answer was that he, Mike Ghannoni (finance), would see that a refund was mailed to me. I asked Alex Nogales, weeks ago, to email, or mail me paperwork that details the discounts applied to cover the missing $900 for my trade-in. Why is it not detailed on the contract? I’m still waiting for the above mentioned refund, as well as a written explanation as to what the fees and such were, where I supposedly saved $900. More
