Absolutely horrible experience! Worst experience I’ve ever had Trying purchasing a vehicle. I arrived around 10am in the morning and after looking at the truck that I pre-chose with a phone call, I decid ever had Trying purchasing a vehicle. I arrived around 10am in the morning and after looking at the truck that I pre-chose with a phone call, I decided to work a deal that I was happy with. This took a lot of going back-and-forth. The MSRP on the truck was $58,000 I had 2 trade-ins and cash money that I let everyone know how I would like to pay for the vehicle. I talked to the salesman and the sales manager, to get the price of the vehicle down to 47,500 as long as I gave them my trade-ins. I traded in a 2014 Chevy sonic and a 2014 Chevy express 15 passenger van they only offer me $8000 for both of them! they played with all these numbers to make it look good so I had to give them two vehicles and $47,000 to get the truck. I told him I was paying the $47,000 in cash! This just goes to show you how much markup they put on these brand new vehicles. They probably mark them out 50% of what they get them for. As the entire day goes by, I go back home to get my money and clean out one of the trade-ins while the salesman goes up and gets my other trade-in which is an hour away. I get them all of the titles and the money and now it’s 3:30 PM and we are counting money in the finance office. After counting out $47,500 the finance guy tells me I need to give him my EIN and Social Security numbers. I’m in the Atv Business and I recently sold all of my old ATVs and bought some new ones. I saved up this money and now they Tell me I have to fill out a government form and give them my Social Security numbers and they were going to report the money came from me. All this is going to do is make me have more expenses in the future. More investigation and who knows what! This should’ve been TOLD to me prior to working any deals when I told him I had cash. They wasted my entire day. When I told them I was not going to give them my Social Security number they completely became complete xxxxing xxxxxxxx. The director Brian was the worst of all of them. If I owned a courtesy Chevrolet I would definitely fire Brian. He is the sales director. I explained how I was going to make payment from the start of the entire experience. I ended up walking out without a vehicle after being there all day long. The disrespect and poor customer service and hostile employee Brian I would never ever recommend anyone go to courtesy Chevrolet. More
